 Copying /etc/ssh/ssh_host_* didn't work?  Did you restart sshd?  (Not 
sure if it's required, but I've done that numerous times, without a 
problem.)
 Not sure what else it could be.  Unless the 7.2 box had the keys in some 
non-standard/intuitive location.
