Can't say I'm familiar with RoboCopy.  I replied off-list to him, but
here's what I suggested:

"Get rid of rcp and use ssh.  Syntax is similar.  You'll need to
install putty, or another client.

Sample scp syntax pulling files from linux box to windows while on windows:

pscp -r user at linuxbox:/dir/to/copy .

Or, if you like GUI, look for WinSCP:
