Go West on Hwy 55 until you get to Buffalo. Take a right on Hwy 25 north and go about 1 mile north, past Walmart and the hospital. Where the road merges from a divided highway into a 2-lane road, turn left. You should see the newly rebuilt Public Works building. There's lots of antennas and stuff, you really can't miss it. From there you'll see auction signs and some directions on where to park.
