Interesting.  So Microsoft agreed to pay $20 million to Lindows and 
Lindows changed its name to Linspire.  Lindows won its case both in the US 
courts and in Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg), but had lost 
initially in Benelux.  Isn't it fair to say that Microsoft tried to use 
the courts to force Lindows to change its name and when that didn't work, 
Microsoft bought the name?  Lindows was a fine name.  More of the usual 
anti-competitive Microsoft behavior.
