I tried yesterday using http://www.dslreports.com/stest

Before:
Your download speed : 2855087 bps, or 2788 kbps.
Your upload speed : 363867 bps, or 355 kbps.

After:
Your download speed : 3096876 bps, or 3024 kbps.
Your upload speed : 366804 bps, or 358 kbps.

So apparently the roll out is not complete?
