Top 10 in what regard?  Size or quality or ??
 
I'd definitely put Internet Exposure (http://www.iexposure.com/) in the
top 10.  Local shop based out of Minneapolis...top-notch service.
Size-wise they're small - but that is why you get great support!

I have to do some website/chat testing with popular Dial up ISPs -
like AOL, netzero etc.  This is just testing to see if a web enabled
live chat system is working as expected.

I'm scratching my head trying to figure out what would be say the top
10 ISPs available today:

AOL
earthlink
netzero
Microsoft (do they have a ISP deal?)
Compuware (???)
??
??

any others that are popular out there?
