Harbor Freight Tool up in Columbia Heights is very inexpensive and local.  I wouldn't order tools before looking there unless
seeking something very unusual.  Check/get a catalog  http://www.harborfreight.com  They may not carry CAT5 but Menards has some
cheap CAT5 stuff.
