Dave,

What order of magnitude do you mean by "a lot of disk space?"  1GB, 100GB?

Have you considered hosting on a virtual machine? I know that Real-Time is 
rolling something like that out. I've also looked at Linode 
(http://www.linode.com) and that looks like a good option as well.
