Xinetd starts tftpd but doesn't stop it after file transfers which then allows unrestricted access to tftp. I've tried an assortment of changes to /etc/conf.d/in.tftpd, /etc/xinetd.d /tftp and /etc/init.d/xinetd without any success. Xinetd and tftp-hpa were installed by emerge.
