Hey all, It looks like there's no way to enable mod_proxy with the standard apache 1.3 package from Debian testing (currently ver. 1.3.31-6). It's not present when I view the server-info page and there doesn't seem to be a .info file for mod_proxy that would allow me to enable it using apache-modconf.
