It sounds like he dosnt really want monetrary donations..  he mostly
just wants someone who can help him. Though, if he does find someone,
the money might help his treatment. But based on his letter, it sounds
like he is not accepting money at this time.  But, we could collect
donations and give them to some other worthy cause (any of the cancer
societies/foundations for example) in his name.
