 And therein lies the problem.  I enabled ECN on a box and tried 
telnetting to your mail server (port 25, of course).  No go.  Disabled 
ECN, and connected just fine.  So, any mail server that has ECN enabled 
can't connect to yours.

 Seems like a pretty fatal flaw right now.
