Maybe when the ISP said it's "automatic" they meant they have an 
automated way of naming and it's complete.
I've never worked with Eschelon but they have been around for some time now.

FYI... VISI ROCKs as an ISP.


BTW power was out in the south west suburbs for about an hour today. 
Phones worked but then they almost always work.
That is one thing Qwest can do well, the hard wire phone network always 
works.
