It's there, but they made the decision to make the default "off" for 
release since it still needed a bit of polishing to be less intrusive 
while still being effective.  They plan to default to "on" in Fedora 
Core 3. (For which, incidentally, there's now a preliminary release 
schedule posted at http://fedora.redhat.com/participate/schedule/)

The Fedora Core developers encourage people to use it and give it a 
beating, since they really want to make it work.
