I believe that card is supported just fine.

modprobe tuner
run 'xawtv' and see if you can get anything.

If that works you should be set to try and setup MythTV or Freevo or 
whatever. I am biased toward MythTV myself.

Just to note, your card doesnt have any built on encoding or decoding.
PVR 250 - Built on encoding in mpeg2 (this is what I use)
PVR 350 - Built on encoding and decoding in mpeg2

The built on encoding and decoding reduce the load on the cpu ALOT. So 
you can see why they are a preferred choice when setting up a linux 
TV/PVR setup.
