Since my cable modem is DHCP, I have a DynDNS.org DNS entry that allows
for wildcard entries...

so zibby.isa-geek.net is my host, but

hyperdrive.zibby.isa-geek.net
longshot.zibby.isa-geek.net
integral.zibby.isa-geek.net
lsdfajdsaiodf.zibby.isa-geek.net

etc. all work. So when I SSH in, I make sure I specify the host name of
the machine, and SSH doesn't whine.

I'm sure there are other ways of doing this, but it works for me so why
change it? :)

A password is like your underwear; Change it
frequently, don't share it with others, and
don't ask to borrow someone else's.
