From comparing the 2 screenshots it appears that only the font sizes 
have increased. Not all fonts, but alot of them. The sizes of all the 
borders and boxes looked correct. Your resolution is correct at 
3000x1200 in your dual image, 1600 + 1400.  I would think just changing 
the fonts to something smaller in the control center would fix the 
problem. I dont recall where Mozilla gets its font settings for the 
program, not the html rendering font settings. But I doubt the KDE 
control center font setting changes would effect Mozilla. Perhaps 
something with the X font server?
