I created a document using Word 97 (I'm not buying another M$ license) The document is a table with business card size cells (for business cards) It has a graphic in each of the cells It has 2 bullet points It has 2 different fonts, some bold. No color. Standard information for a business card. As a word doc it's 671k, for one page, it has a graphic on each card. I opened it in OO Writer and saved it as an OO Writer "sxw" file, it's 6,724k ! OUCH that's a bit large for one page, over 6.5 megabytes! Anyone know why this happened or is this normal behavior form Open Office. Opening this document from a LAN drive is very painful. It prints great but the size is larger then expected.
