I bought a new (not refurbished) T23 from them last year.  Shipped with
win XP.  I'm running Debian and win2k (when I need windows), both work
great, and came with a 3 yr warranty.  Hard to beat.

disclaimer:  I'm a thinkpad bigot.  own 3 of them and they've all been
great.
