Hopefully an easy question for a Friday night. I am trying to get VMware to recognize a ZIP drive I have on my parallel port. Within my /etc/fstab file, it points to /dev/sda4. However, I have tried that within VMware and it states that /dev/sda4 does not exist. If I try /dev/parport0, I get a permission denied. However, I can mount and write to the ZIP drive as a normal user, not root. What have I done wrong.
