I once excused Bill this way myself, but the more I look into the root of
all the bloody BOs, the more it looks like crapy programming. Take
yesterday's patch for instance.

 It's a hole in a lower level component for several of M$s products within
the NT related OSs. This one's purported to be one of the largest holes yet.
