If you want four weekly full backups and four daily incremental backups, you're talking some serious storage for 300GB of data. Specifically, more like 1.5TB. You can use something like BackupPC, which will combine all identical files for all the backups, making that 1.5TB fit in prolly 600GB, but umm, have fun installing BackupPC.
