Hummmm...  

It's have to be automated somehow - I was (still am) hoping I'll find
some setting on the exchange server that coverts the mail....  I'm
googling away on that front, but as a back up I thought maybe I could
send it to some SMTP server and it could filter convert, then send it
on.....
