Still using the BSD version and it's great.  Licensing is still dirt
cheap.

Using this on the windows boxen.  I don't maintain them, but I don't
think we have any problems with it.  We are running some sort of blinky
corporate version where the updates are pushed from a central server
here to the client machines.

Norton AV 2004 for home users appears to break Outhouse frequently when
checking mail.  They are no longer changing the POP and SMTP servers to
localhost (to scan mail) but are now doing something a few layers
further down, and it doesn't work all that well (not that the POP/SMTP
proxy in previous versions worked all that well...)  Ugh.  Windows.
