Adding the "c" (no quotes) to a recipe to make it recurse, so to speak, 
by generating a duplicate message when there's another address in the 
list.  I also had to use:

:0  Wh:   msgid.lock
|  $FORMAIL  -D  8192  msgid.cache

which seemed to work to get it to stop generating reduntant messages on 
the same simple item.
