Once screen is loaded, do a Ctrl-a, Shift-S. This creates a split. You
can do it again to create more splits. Do a Ctrl-a Tab to switch
between windows. When you switch to a new split for the first time,
you'll need to do a Ctrl-a, Ctrl-c to create a new shell there.
