actually it is supported by any MTA that uses procmail for delivery, after 
that you will need an IMAPd/POPd that supports Maildir

all you want to do is something like this:
<SNIP /etc/procmailrc>
DEFAULT="$HOME/Maildir/"
DROPPRIVS=yes

:0 fw
|/usr/bin/spamc

INCLUDERC="$HOME/.procmailrc"
</SNIP>[B
