Thanks for the response.

Like I said, the Hauppauge 250 is no longer listed at newegg, and all the
others I checked.  I'm suspecting that it's out of production.  The 350 is
not stocked, and the additional $40 is not worth the FM functions.

I did quite a bit of googling on the WinTV-D and didn't see anything about
any loss of functionallity, or much else.  Can you be more specific
please?
