Sounds like Redhat does not want to have a desktop, that server is the 
only thing they want to support.  I can't say as I blame them because 
the average person that uses a computer could not read a "how to" or 
"man page" without having an aneurysm.  Phone support is training on the 
phone and it always has been.  The cost for doing this is just to high, 
and don't send it to another country just to reduce costs. Oop's to 
late, IBM did that, go work at McDonald's.
