Depending on technical you want to get, you can use smbclient itself.  read 
the man page for more info.  Otherwise, Konqueror itself should have the 
functionality built in for kde3.1 (use the uri smb://host/share ).  You might 
also check out komba2 or gnomba. a search on Freshmeat will likely turn up a 
bunch of results.
