I think that qtparted under Knoppix will have just what you are
looking for.  Look in the archives for the thread from last week
to see the problems that I ran into.  It comes down to the fact
the ntfsresize can't move files, but depending on what happens
whens you defrag under Windows, that may or may not be a problem
for you.
