I am in the market for a simple PHP bulliten board. Anyone have suggestions? It doesn't need to be anything massive...we're just going to use it to post random crap for sale/free within our department. The criteria are: SQL (Microsoft) backend and a a decent way to tie into an outside authentication piece (no local accounts for individuals)...so it is anonymous within the scope of itself but there is still authentication (x500) to get to it. Any ideas?
