I'm running KDE 3.1.1 on SuSE 8.2. Just recently I noticed that whenever I
press ctrl-v a little window appears in the upper left hand corner of my
screen with "Ctrl+V,..." and then the next keypress gets eaten by it and
makes it go away. Does anyone know what this is and how to make it go
away? I've already checked all of my global shortcuts and there don't
appear to be any using ctrl-v.
