	Wouldn't this require the user to be connected to the internet
at all times? What do laptop users do? If there's an exception when
you're not connected, couldn't you just yank the cable before opening
the file? If there's a local cache of the list, couldn't it simply be
deleted? Sounds like a bit waste of time and effort on the part of users
to protect the profits of microsoft.
