Hi Yaron...

Have you tried (or does it even exist?) the cfg utility for the NIC? 
Perhaps it really IS just as simple as an interrupt conflict. Not sure 
about the 905's but the 509's had a nifty util called '3c5x9cfg.exe' You 
put it on a DOS floppy, boot the box, run the exe and enable/disable 
PnP, set io, interrupts, etc...

Just a thought...
