I was tried to send a message to an AOL account from my home network and I received the following error message from them. The original message was received at Thu, 21 Aug 2003 17:39:30 -0500 from IDENT:1000 at Lum.tomobiki.dyndns.org [192.168.57.2] ----- The following addresses had permanent fatal errors ----- <TooTaxing at aol.com> (reason: 554- (RTR:BB) The IP address you are using to connect to AOL is a dynamic ) ----- Transcript of session follows ----- ... while talking to mailin-04.mx.aol.com.: <<< 554- (RTR:BB) The IP address you are using to connect to AOL is a dynamic <<< 554- (residential) IP address. I had to use my ISP mail server to send the mail to the account.
