The PVC that coats the non-plentum wire gives off REAL toxic gasses when
it burns.  Cyanide if I remember right.  Many buildings put the cable in
the ceiling, which is used as a cold return.  A slow smoldering fires may
not give off much smoke, but enough toxins to harm.
