I don't think that's exactly what I'm looking for.  I'm just trying to 
find a program that'll do normal downloads in linux but with download 
resuming, segmented downloading, and the ability to change servers in 
the middle of a download.  A windows equivalent of this would be 
something like GetRight (http://www.getright.com/).
