When I start it by typing proftpd it comes back and says "unable to determine ip address of 'dhcp-112-156'" which I beleive is the name that is assigned to me by ATTBI. I have had proftp working in the past but have reloaded my system since then so this is a new install. I am running RH7.2. I have done a google search without much luck. I believe the solution is to tell proftp the ip address but I have not figured out how to do it. I would appreciate any help with this. TIA John Miller
