Re: heat ducts and wiring.
There are code restrictions on wiring in air passages.
Some insulation gives of nasty toxic smoke when heated, say like in a fire.
A sad fact - many people who might have otherwise survived a fire die due to
smoke inhalation.
Not all wire give off toxic fumes but you can't tell what kind you have just
by looking at it.
Easy rule - Don't run wire in air ducts.
