It's a guest account and the Samba How-to I believe go over it.

Subject: [TCLUG] Painfully insecure Samba

In Win9x, it's possible to set up a read/write share with no password.
If you're on the same LAN, you automatically have full rights to that
share. No questions asked.

I want to do the same on samba, but I can't find any docs on how to do
it. Any ideas on where I can find info on this?

Yes, I have a legit reason.
