No.  Email would be better in this respect.  If you want a web-CGI form
to send email to the list, that might be different.  However, to base
discussions solely in a weblog format is bogus.  Use email.  That's what
it's for.  If you don't like email.  Use newsgroups.  Weblogs are crap.
