I have to agree with Tim. I did a fair amount of research regarding technology in schools during the winter months and I've found that the process of setting up technology policies and curriculum is very different from configuring a network services. Understanding the relationships between education and technology is key here and there is probably a very large learning curve involved here for many of us. If you want to approach this in a big way the first step is research, the second step is research, and the third step is more of the same. I thank then you could probably start focusing on some specific targets. This is definitely a topic for a special interest group or separate mailing list..
