You can get cards at Sam that work out to less then 4 cents a min. I was curious about this. I have phone card (I believe it's from Sam's Club) that was bought at 2.5 cents/minute and recharges at 3.5 cents/minute. I've heard you have to pay a fee to not have a long distance carrier. I'm in college at the moment so I wouldn't know.
