If you were using Sun's JDK (which I know you use IBM's) you'd get the
plugin with that. Otherwise when you install the plugin jre.xpi file, you
get a complete jre from Sub to support the plugin. Seems pretty stupid.

That's why I deal with the font problems (which are no big deal) and use
Sun's JDK.
