This one does all you just mentioned and also will mail to users of other mail servers not under your companies control. The client has a view for not only free/busy schedules of other users, but looks like it can tie in project management. Again, why do you need to have an e-mail app fired up to check a schedule when a lightweight (processing done on the server) application will show you what you need to know.
