Easiest thing is to recompile the rpm you want to install under 6.2. 

Next, easiest is to install rpm-4.0.4-6x, notice the 6x, that is a port to
Redhat 6.2, if you can't find it I'll put it on our ftp server.

Next, no so easy is to upgrade everything to 7.3 :-)
