Okay - I'm confused now: 

Here's the scoop on my rc files:

rc0.d has:
	K89pcmcia
	S35networking

rc1.d :
	K89pcmcia

rc2-5.d :
	S11pcmcia

rc6.d :
	K89pcmcia
	S35networking

rcS.d : (what runlevel is this???)
	S40networking
	
I guess on all the other linux systems I've worked on, I've never seen
rcS.d before.  What is it?
