The beeping is only the beginning, if you computer starts talking in ancient Aramaic then you have a much more serious problem on your hands. But in reality the people have already told you what to do, its overheating, I've had the same problem, simply remove and then reattach the heat sink to the processor, and think about adding an extra fan, that worked for me.
