Well, if you buy one of the "individual" Leviton jacks from Home Depot,
it'll come in a retail package with a cheap-o plastic non-impact punchdown
tool. But, if you're wiring a whole house, you REALLY want a good
punchdown tool. It's $80 you'll never regret spending.
